This update tool only works on computers running Windows 7 32 bit OS. The USB power cable that came with your Bluetooth speaker will not work for this because it is only a USB power cable. Prior to upgrading you will need a USB Data cable to transfer data from you PC USB port to the USB port on the back of the Bluetooth speaker.
